These terms cover your use of padel-tree.com and the information we publish on it. Booking and playing at a club are covered by the additional terms set out below.
Who we are
This website is operated by Padel Tree Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15183502), registered office 158 Kingsbridge Road, Morden, England, SM4 4QA. You can reach us at info@padel-tree.com.
Each Padel Tree club is operated by a separate company within the Padel Tree group. Your contract for play, coaching or membership is with the company that operates the club you are visiting.
Using this site
You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it — no attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with how it works, scraping it at scale, or using it in any way that is unlawful or that damages Padel Tree or other users.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site at any time. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or uninterrupted.
Bookings
Courts, coaching, socials and events at Padel Tree clubs are booked through Playtomic. When you follow a booking link you leave this site and enter into a separate arrangement with Playtomic and with the club you are booking. Playtomic’s own terms, privacy policy and payment terms apply to that booking, and we are not responsible for the Playtomic platform.
Prices, availability and session times are set on Playtomic and are the authoritative source. Anything shown on this site is for guidance.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation windows, refunds and credit for court bookings, coaching and events are governed by the booking policy shown on Playtomic at the time you book, together with the policy of the club concerned. If a session is cancelled by us — for weather, maintenance or any other reason — you will be offered a rebooking or a refund.
At the club
When you play at a Padel Tree club you agree to follow the club rules and the instructions of club staff. In particular:
- Play within your ability and warm up properly. Padel carries a risk of injury and you take part at your own risk.
- Wear appropriate non-marking footwear and sports clothing.
- Treat courts, equipment and other players with respect. We may ask anyone behaving abusively, dangerously or under the influence of alcohol or drugs to leave, without a refund.
- Under-18s must be supervised by a parent or guardian unless they are in a coached session we run for their age group.
- Tell a member of staff immediately about any injury, damage or hazard.
We may photograph or film at clubs for marketing purposes. If you would prefer not to appear, tell a member of staff or email info@padel-tree.com and we will do our best to accommodate you and will remove you from material we control.
Clubs that are opening soon
Where this site shows a club as opening soon, opening dates and court numbers are our best current expectation and may change. Registering interest does not create a booking, a membership or any commitment on either side.
Our content
The content on this site — text, photography, video, graphics, the Padel Tree name and logo — belongs to Padel Tree or is used under licence. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission. You are welcome to share links to the site and to share our social posts as the platforms allow.
Content you send us
If you send us photographs, reviews or other material, or tag us on social media, you confirm it is yours to share and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in our marketing. You can ask us to stop using it at any time by emailing info@padel-tree.com.
Accuracy
We take care over the information on this site, but schedules, facilities, prices and opening hours change. We do not warrant that everything on the site is complete or current, and you should check Playtomic or contact the club before travelling.
Links to other sites
This site links to third parties, including Playtomic, Google Maps and social media platforms. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, and our total liability in connection with this site is limited to £100. Liability in connection with play, coaching or membership at a club is dealt with in that club’s own terms.
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that these terms do not affect.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it was last revised.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK.
