This policy explains how Padel Tree collects, uses and protects personal information when you use padel-tree.com, sign up to our emails, contact us, or play at one of our clubs.
Who we are
Padel Tree Limited (“Padel Tree”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for this website and our marketing communications.
- Company number: 15183502 (registered in England and Wales)
- Registered office: 158 Kingsbridge Road, Morden, England, SM4 4QA
- Contact: info@padel-tree.com
Individual Padel Tree clubs are operated by separate companies within the Padel Tree group. Where a club handles your information for its own purposes, that club is the controller for that activity; this policy describes the group’s shared approach and you can use the contact address above for any request.
The information we collect
Information you give us
- Name, email address and, where you provide it, phone number and preferred club — when you sign up to our newsletter, join a waitlist for a club that is opening, or enter a competition or promotion.
- The content of any enquiry you send us by email, through a form on this site, or by message on social media.
- Information you give us at a club, such as your name and contact details when you book coaching, join a programme, or take part in an event.
Information we collect automatically
- Standard technical information when you visit this site: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring site, and how you move through the site. See our Cookie Policy for detail.
Information from other sources
- Booking information from Playtomic where you have booked a court, coaching or an event at one of our clubs. Playtomic operates the booking platform and is the controller of the account you hold with them; we receive the booking details we need to run the club. We never receive your full payment card details.
- Publicly available business information, for example when we consider a partnership or a new location.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through this website. Where a child plays or trains at a club, we collect their details from a parent or guardian.
